Getting Around Las Vegas and its Casinos

There are two distinct regions to Las Vegas: the Strip and Downtown. Although to most people, that’s pretty much all there is to Las Vegas, there are several other districts to Las Vegas worth mentioning such as Paradise Road and east Las Vegas which are home to quite a few of Las Vegas’ casinos. Maryland Parkway has alot of shopping facilities, and there are numerous restaurant options all over the city. Many of the smaller hotels which are off the regular tourist track, offer cheaper gambling limits plus budget food and entertainment options. Confining yourself to the Strip and Downtown is fine for the first-time visitor, but if you are travellint to Las Vegas repeatedly then you may wish to explore some of its less glitzy but nonetheless entertaining areas. Las Vegas Boulevard South (the Strip) is the starting point for addresses; any street that crosses it starts with 1 East and 1 West at its intersection with the Strip (and goes up from there).
